This is a common question and rightfully so.
“Insurance-based medicine is not evidence-based medicine.” – Chris Kresser
We are committed to a vitalistic model that addresses the underlying causes of your symptoms.
If you have a good insurance policy, it will probably help with at least some of the expense of your sick care. But few policies pay for things that help us keep our health. If they do, yay! We will gladly provide you with the necessary documentation to get reimbursed as we are a direct pay office.
By not having to deal with insurance companies office costs are kept down, so we can offer affordable care for you and your whole family.
We accept Care Credit payment at our office and always welcome open and honest conversations about finances. We are here to serve you and will do all that we can to help!
Scheduling with us is easy! Whether you are interested in functional medicine, wellness, or aesthetics – simply give us a call.
For urgent concerns after hours, please fill out our online contact form and our office will receive an email. Your provider will then give you a call as the urgency requires.
If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
For all other non-urgent concerns, please use the contact form or call us directly.
Yes! We offer several different membership options for you and your family. You can view all our membership options in-office or you can give us a call to discuss which option is best for you.
While our providers practice functional and family medicine, we recommend that our members have a PCP for urgent and same-day visits, which we don’t provide at Kingdom.
We are not available for urgent appointments. If you have a medical emergency, we recommend that you visit urgent care or an ER.
Testing through traditional health care is often very limited. Your provider will use their in-depth knowledge of your health to advise on advanced specialty tests to get to the bottom of your symptoms. From there, they can design a holistic health plan that’s personalized to your needs and goals.
We help you select tests that fit your health goals and budget. During your first visit with your provider, you will spend time exploring your health goals and reviewing testing options together. This may include blood work, at-home advanced specialty testing, or a combination of the two. We recommend you complete blood work at least two weeks ahead of your next follow-up visit with your provider.
Please reach out to our office coordinator via text, phone call or email with any questions on how and when to complete your provider’s specific recommendations.
Your provider may recommend both in-depth blood work and advanced specialty testing to construct a comprehensive picture of your health and better inform your care. After your initial 60-minute meeting with your provider, they will recommend a personalized testing plan based on your health history, concerns, and goals.
Your customized plan may include these two types of testing:
Please reach out to our office coordinator with any questions about specific testing options that we have available.
At Kingdom, you have options. Your care manager will work with you to determine the most convenient testing location for you.
He answered, “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’ and,
‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”
